10×10 space $100 plus tax

Avalon Fest Logistics

No vehicles will be allowed in the Pine Grove.  Parking for golf carts and musicians will be clearly marked.  Vendors will be required to remove their vehicles once set up is complete.
Parking will be clearly marked.  Overflow parking and Overflow tent camping will be in the meadow.  

There will be an extension of the Oasis in the Pine Grove serving burgers and dogs, soda and water.  Other menu items will be available at the Oasis Grill at the Outdoor Pool.
