Camping
Avalon has THREE beautiful campground areas with 127 SITES and 2 BATHHOUSE complete with LAUNDRY facilities. Some sites offer FULL HOOK-UPS, easy pull through for LARGER RVs and others offer RUSTIC PRIMITIVE camping sites. Sites can be reserved for SHORT OR LONG TERM camping.
Main Campground
The main campground features a wide variety of spaces. Some sites are dedicated to PRIMITIVE TENTS SITE or SELF-CONTAINED small trailers while other sites feature FULL HOOKUPS and some have the space needed for LARGER RVs OR TRAVEL TRAILERS .
The Meadow
The Meadow has 6 LARGE PULL-THRU sites and 2 LOCATIONS FOR TRAILERS each with WATER AND ELECTRIC (no sewer, however a dump station is on site). Self-contained or tent camping is permitted anywhere in the Meadow.
Pine Grove
The PINE GROVE is a popular location for TENT CAMPING. Conveniently located next to the OUTDOOR POOL, OASIS GRILL, THE BARE BARN and near the Pickle Ball and Volley Ball courts, this is a perfect location to PITCH A TENT. This area has a LARGE COMMON AREA FIRE PIT for those social evenings and also has EASY ACCESS for the physically challenged. BATHROOM and SHOWER facilities are also NEARBY at the outdoor pool (when open) and the indoor Aquatics Center.
